Kentucky Derby + Breeders' Cup: Farm Update

Wow, has this year been a whirlwind!

From the COVID19 Pandemic halting the world to AUTHENTIC winning the Kentucky Derby to then losing the Preakness to coming back in the Breeders' Cup Classic & blowing away the field - shew, we are exhausted just talking about it. We have felt every up & down possible. We want to thank every one of you for joining us on this crazy journey - we have felt your support at every turn for home.

As we settle into cooler temperatures and the grey of winter, we plan to keep you updated on happenings at the farm and fun activities you can do from home. In the meantime, if you haven't already, catch up on our virtual tour series

Leave us comments about blog posts you'd like to see in the future. Since we can't see you in person this year, we hope to still stay connected through this blog.

Talk soon!

There’s not much i can add that Dawn S., didn’t comment on so perfectly regarding Authentic, and the excitement my micro shares bring to me. It’s coming up on two years and it still feels like a dream. Thank you!!!

    Thank you.
Looking forward to videos of Authentic. I have a couple dozen shares of him.
At 71, this has been a highlight of my life!

Thank you Spendthrift Farm, everyone who works tirelessly, and Mr. B. Wayne Hughes for your generosity and vision. Because of you the average fan was elevated to the status of royalty in a Sport of Kings. Authentic has taken so many on the ride of a lifetime. Hoofprints have been left on my heart and priceless memories abound. I’m sure I speak for many when I say we look forward to the next chapter of this journey as a new generation of foals to come emerge onto the track under your watchful eye. You made this happen and there are no words for the level of gratitude I, no we all, feel.
